Our annual gift drive to help make our grantees and their families during the holidays. There are so many ways you can help make the season bright.

Operation Spread the Joy is our annual holiday gift drive that supports many of our Go Jen Go grantees and their families. The financial burden of a breast cancer diagnosis often leaves many of our grantees struggling to make ends meet, much less with the means for holiday gift giving.

Every November – December, we “Spread the Joy” by collecting and distributing gifts, comfort items and gift cards that help make their holidays a little brighter. Here are some of the many ways you can help support Operation Spread the Joy.

Donate gifts, comfort items or gift cards
- Our grantee holiday wish list will go live in mid-November 2024 where you can shop for items requested by our grantees and their families. You can either purchase the gifts online to ship to our staff, or bring in the gifts yourself (either wrapped or unwrapped).
Sponsor a Grantee Family
- If you prefer, you can choose to sponsor an individual family for the holidays by making a monetary donation that will be used to cover the cost for gifts and necessities. We’ll take care of all the shopping based on your family’s specific needs and wishes.
Sponsor a Wrapping Party
- We are grateful for community partners who help out by hosting a wrapping party to get our donated gifts wrapped and ready for our families. We also host our own wrapping party event to bring volunteers and groups together to help out.
Become a Volunteer
- There are several opportunities for volunteers to help us make Operation Spread the Joy a success. We need volunteers to help with everything from gift wrapping to delivering gifts to our families. If you are interested in volunteering please complete our Volunteer form.
