Introducing Jen’s Ironmen. Jen Pagani was a two-time Ironman athlete — defined by incredible physical strength and the ability to persevere through the most difficult challenges. She embodied stamina, grit, hope, passion, and unwavering commitment.
We are honored to introduce the inaugural class of Jen’s Ironmen — Joe Pagani, Jeff Burnette, Christopher Pagani, Matt Matone, Park Williams, and Mike Smiley. These amazing men stood by Jen throughout her 6 ½ years of treatment and continue to lift her legacy by providing hope and strength to the mission of Go Jen Go. We are forever grateful for their steadfast support, which has helped the foundation thrive and grow in service of local breast cancer patients and their families.
Reflections from our Ironmen
Joe Pagani | “I know Jen would be bursting with joy to see Jen’s Ironmen inaugural class, and for me to be a part of that. It means so much to me to still have a role to continue in her footsteps to help people who are in need. It was a huge part of an amazing woman, and her soul is still with us in these caring and compassionate efforts.”
Jeff Burnette | “I’m honored to be Jen’s Ironman. Every dollar we raise, is for the warriors, the survivors, and the ones we hold in our hearts. For Jen, for every fighter- we rise, we endure, we never give up.”
Chris Pagani | “I volunteer with Go Jen Go to honor my sister-in-law, Jen’s incredible spirit and legacy. Her strength continues to inspire me every day. Supporting my brother, my best friend, and helping others in our community fight cancer is not just a cause, it’s personal and it’s a privilege.”
Matt Matone | “It’s humbling to be named one of Jen’s Ironmen by Go Jen Go. This foundation does extraordinary work for families facing breast cancer, and I’m proud to stand with them in carrying forward Jen’s spirit of generosity, courage, and love.”
Park Williams | “I was lucky enough to know Jen and to see her strength and resilience in the most difficult circumstances. Being a part of carrying her legacy forward and being one of her Ironmen is a tremendous honor and will continue to fuel my passion for our mission!”
Mike Smiley | “From its inception, the mission of Go Jen Go has resonated with Shari Lynn and I. Being part of the breast cancer community and helping the families that need their support drives our fundraising efforts to help however we can. Reflecting on Jen’s legacy and receiving this honor as one of Jen’s Ironmen is truly moving and profoundly humbling. I am grateful to share this honor with the other amazing Ironmen, shining a light on the good works of Go Jen Go and those that support their mission.”
For the month of October these men are helping share the mission of The Go Jen Go Foundation with their network, community, family, and friends. We’d love for you to support the inaugural class of Jen’s Ironmen by making a donation in their honor. Jen’s Ironmen
