We are excited to introduce the inaugural class of our Hope Circle, Jen’s Grantee Council. This council was created from the input of our past grantees wanting to give back to the foundation that gave them financial and emotional support and connection during their breast cancer journeys.
Hope Circle: Mission
This Council consists of past Go Jen Go grantees who will help live out the five pillars of the Hope Circle. They will be a voice to serve our grantees beyond our Patient Assistance Program, while also carrying the legacy of our co-founder, Jen Pagani.
Hope Circle: Five Pillars
Connection: An opportunity to connect with one another as grantees, breast cancer survivors and thrivers, caregivers and women. Plus, being a connector with newly diagnosed breast cancer patients/grantees that we are serving through our Patient Assistance Program.
Healing: Focused on finding opportunities to heal mentally, physically, and emotionally during and after a breast cancer diagnosis as a cohort and for other grantees. Helping Go Jen Go continue to find ways to support grantees and connect to other resources and opportunities in our community.
Advocacy: Together, advocate for breast health, mammograms, and treatment/recovery education for our community and grantees.
Service: Support Go Jen Go’s mission through our events and beneficiary events by volunteering, speaking, or attending as our guest. Plus, serve as ambassadors to support, connect, and build community with Go Jen Go grantees, especially newly diagnosed patients.
Empowerment: Find empowerment and encouragement with one another in the grantee council and help other breast cancer survivors and thrivers to feel empowered in their health, voice and feelings. Give encouragement, gratitude and hope to the breast cancer and Go Jen Go community.
