Jen’s Legacy members donate monthly to provide lasting support and hope to families facing the financial burden of a breast cancer diagnosis.

PROVIDING PEACE OF MIND
As a Jen’s Legacy monthly donor, you are helping carry out our mission by making a recurring monthly donation. No matter the amount, your gift lets breast cancer patients know they’re not alone and provides peace of mind as they receive treatment and focus on their health. 

Gifts to Jen’s Legacy will support the Patient Assistance Program and provide immediate financial assistance to local breast cancer patients and their families. Monthly support will help cover utilities, pay rent, cover transportation to treatment, and pay for groceries and other necessities.

$1,000 level [Ally]: Provide emergency support while a patient undergoes treatment.

$500 level [Champion]: Make an impact for a patient out of work.

$250 level [Friend]: Send a grantee’s child to camp.

$100 level [Advocate]: Provide a patient with utility assistance and keep the lights on.

$75 level [Sustainer]: Provide groceries and healthy meals to a patient and their family.

$50 level [Supporter]: Provide transportation for a patient to get to treatment.

$25 level [Hope Giver]: Provide essential and comfort items to a patient in need.
